This website, trysackology.com, is operated by Sackology LLC, doing business as Sackology. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled, and our Refund Policy explains the Happy Sack Guarantee.

Using our website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information, and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use our website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account without permission, or violate applicable law.

Orders and availability

Products are subject to availability. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an inventory issue, an error or a suspected unauthorized transaction, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Your payment provider may have separate terms.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items or appears to be missing. Your rights concerning delivery problems under applicable law are preserved.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun. Eligible website purchases are covered by our 60 day Happy Sack Guarantee, starting on delivery. Refunds cover the product purchase price and applicable taxes; original shipping charges are excluded. See our Refund Policy for details. Amazon and TikTok Shop refunds are requested through those platforms.

Product use

Read the product label before using the cream. Follow its patch test, application, timing and body area instructions. Use only on areas permitted by the label; the Sackology name does not mean the cream is suitable for every part of the genital area. Do not assume that a longer application will produce a better result. If irritation occurs, stop use and follow the label’s guidance.

Website explanations do not replace the product label or individual medical advice. If you have a skin condition or concerns about whether the product is suitable for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional.

Website content and intellectual property

Our branding, original website content and other protected materials belong to Sackology or their respective owners. You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Other copying or commercial use requires the relevant owner’s permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews and third party services

Customer reviews reflect individual experiences, and results vary. Please submit only truthful reviews and material you have the right to share. Any separate consent to use your review in advertising will govern that use. Links to Amazon, TikTok or other services lead to websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Website availability and legal rights

We work to keep website information accurate and the service available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these Terms limits the Happy Sack Guarantee, remedies for defective or misdescribed products, or any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
